The day package will allow you to access one of the Iroise lighthouses. We will use all the techniques of wellness hiking.
A wellness hike is a moment for yourself. We hike with moments of relaxation and meditation. We use listening to bird songs to reconnect with nature and develop mindfulness in order to enjoy the present moment. We manage our breathing and effort with the “Afghan walk”.
Well-being hikes are structured around several practices:
-classic and sound meditations – to let go, reconnect with your body and its sensations and to find a state of relaxation,
-relaxation – to put the body and head to rest,
-mindfulness – to enjoy the present moment,
-Afghan walking – for breath management during exercise,
-stretching and gentle gymnastics – to prepare for physical effort, to soften the effects of walking on the muscular level and to work the whole body,
-listening and observing birds – as a tool for other techniques.
