Begin your session with a safety briefing and performance-focused discussion before entering the water. In-water coaching targets advanced paddling efficiency, positioning, take-off precision, manoeuvre execution, and wave strategy. High-performance surfboards are available for use during the session if required.

Delivered in small groups of no more than four surfers, these sessions allow for detailed feedback, personalised correction, and focused skill development. Coaching follows a structured skill-building framework grounded in Surfing Australia methodology and is tailored to each surfer’s ability, goals, and performance level.

Each session includes professional filming in the water, with surfers receiving an MP4 video file after the lesson. Video analysis allows surfers to visually break down technique, positioning, timing, and wave selection, supporting faster and more effective progression than standard coaching alone.
