Our first stop will be at a historic, traditional Asturian cider house, where we will enjoy small glasses of cider, some of them made from select apples, and learn the art of pouring it like true Asturians. In addition, we will pair this drink with pinchos that perfectly complement the flavours of the cider.
Afterwards, we'll head to the El Palace Gijón restaurant. Here, we will enjoy a cider cocktail and a selection of Asturian cheeses. After this tasting, we will take you to the Islandia ice cream parlour, where you can try a cider or Cabrales cheese ice cream. The perfect way to end the tour!
