Then we continue to the cheese factory, the beating heart of dairy production: here you will learn the techniques of cheese making and, depending on the day's schedule, you may have the extraordinary opportunity to witness the spinning of caciocavallo live, an artisanal ritual of rare beauty. The tour continues among the estate's farms, where you can see the animals' lives and the industrious world of bees up close.
To celebrate the day in the best possible way, the experience culminates with a typical Calabrian lunch served outdoors, surrounded by the estate's natural surroundings.
