In this laid-back, laugh-filled cooking class, you will make pillowy homemade gnocchi and toss it in a brown butter sage sauce with garlic, black pepper and Parmesan that will make you question every pasta dinner you have ever had before this moment. The setting is casual, the crowd is fun and the bar for prior cooking experience is refreshingly low. Come as you are. Leave as someone who makes their own gnocchi. That is a pretty good trade.

Warning: after this class, you will never be able to look at store-bought gnocchi the same way again. Chef Sam will walk you through making pillowy, golden, melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi from scratch, paired with a brown butter sage sauce so good it should probably be illegal. You will mix, knead and shape your own dough, learn the secrets behind a truly nutty brown butter, and finish everything off with fresh sage, garlic and a shower of Parmesan. All of this happens in a fun, casual setting alongside other people who also decided that today was the day they learned to make pasta. Good call. No chef's hat required. No experience needed. Just show up hungry and ready to get your hands a little floury.
