We'll meet at the appointed time at the Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel. Once we've met, we'll wander through the city's oldest streets and arrive at the Yuyuan Garden, which covers 20,000 square metres. Ready to learn about the Ming and Qing dynasties?

We'll stroll along winding paths, discovering pavilions and small hills. You'll also get to cross the bridges and admire the lotus ponds that fill the Yuyuan Garden. Then we'll tour the Yuyuan Bazaar. You'll find the most typical Shanghai products in its many stores.

The second stop on the Shanghai tour will be the Jade Buddha Temple, one of the city's most iconic landmarks. We'll explore its rooms, such as the Great Hall, the Chamber of the Four Celestial Kings, and the Jade Buddha statue. There, you can admire several Buddha statues made of jade, gold, and precious stones.

We'll head to a local restaurant for a lunch of soft drinks and traditional dishes to share. Then we'll head to the Bund, one of the busiest areas and where we'll enjoy unique views of the skyscrapers of Pudong, the Wall Street of the East!

Finally, we'll take a stroll through the Lujiazui financial area, also famous for its many skyscrapers, and we'll arrive at the Shanghai Tower, a true icon of the city!

We'll say goodbye there, wrapping up the activity about eight hours later.

Yuyuan Garden
Since the Yuyuan Garden is closed on Mondays, we'll visit the City God Temple next to the Yuyuan Garden (Cheng Huang Miao) instead.
