Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine & Togedo Rock|Total Duration: 60 min
‑ 45 min: Sacred Shinto shrine, famous filming location for Hotarubi no Morie. Discover moss‑covered lanterns and tranquil grounds.
‑ 15 min: Visit nearby Togedo Rock, a natural rock formation complementing the shrine’s atmosphere.
Rules: Please keep voices low; do not touch sacred objects.
Mt. Aso Volcano & Kusasenri|Total Duration: 90 min
Explore Japan’s largest caldera. Take in panoramic views of the 25‑km‑wide caldera and smoking Nakadake Peak from Kusanohashi Overlook. Capture seasonal scenery across the grassy plateau. At Kusasenri, spot wild horses by the volcanic lake. You may stack volcanic rocks and try local longevity‑blessed black eggs.
Schedule Update: Mt. Aso crater is temporarily closed following a helicopter incident. Sightseeing will take place at Mt. Aso Volcano Plaza instead.
In heavy rain or fog, we substitute this stop with Senbazuru Deer Park. No partial refund will be issued for this site‑level substitution; alternative sightseeing locations will be provided. Should the volcano reopen on tour day, we revert to the original plan.
Crater access depends on official daily notices. If closed, extra time will be spent at Kusasenri Grassland. Note: The 90‑minute allocation includes lunch break. Lunch is not included; food may be purchased locally.
Hiking tips: Wear non‑slip shoes and a windbreaker; surfaces can be windy and slippery from volcanic ash.

Picturesque mountain hot‑spring village. Unwind in forest‑framed open‑air baths beside the river.
Rules: No swimwear. Wash thoroughly before entering baths. Tattoos are generally restricted; please cover tattoos where required. Onsen entry fees are at guests’ own expense.
