Day 1: Udaipur to Jawai
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel or the airport in Udaipur. Drive to Jawai, a unique wilderness region famous for free-roaming leopards. On arrival, check in at a luxury tented camp or heritage lodge. Enjoy a welcome drink and relax amidst the stunning granite hills.
In the afternoon, visit Jawai Dam and explore nearby villages. Learn about the coexistence of locals and wildlife. In the evening, embark on a sunset jeep safari at Jawai Leopard Reserve. Track leopards and spot hyenas, foxes, crocodiles, and birds. Capture stunning golden hour photographs. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Jawai.
Day 2: Jawai to Udaipur
After breakfast, check out from Jawai and drive to Udaipur. En route, visit Ranakpur Jain Temple, a 15th-century marble temple with 1,444 uniquely carved pillars and a peaceful spiritual atmosphere. Later, continue the drive to Udaipur.
On arrival, visit Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, a historic garden known for its lush green lawns, marble pavilions, and fountains, built for the royal ladies. In the evening, visit the Museum of Folk Art, famous for its wide collection of puppets, folk dresses, dolls, ornaments, paintings, and folk musical instruments. Later, check into your hotel for an overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 3: Udaipur Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to visit the City Palace, a complex of palaces built over 400 years. The City Palace is a fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, offering a panoramic view of the city and its lakes, and is known to be the biggest palace complex in India.
After that, visit Jagdish Temple, a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and an example of the Indo-Aryan architectural style. Later, enjoy a boat ride at Fatehsagar Lake, the star attraction of Udaipur. Finally, get dropped off at the Udaipur airport or railway station.
