Your adventure begins at Marea Surf School, where over 50+ boards are ready for you to find your perfect match, whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your skills. Once everyone’s set, we load up the boards and hop into our one-of-a-kind open-air surf cars. Feel the wind in your hair, enjoy great tunes, and soak in the lush jungle views as we drive 30 minutes to La Lancha beach.

A short, easy 8-minute hike through mangroves brings you to the surf break, where the waves are waiting! We start with 20 minutes of on-beach instruction, covering the essentials: board positioning, paddling techniques, wave-reading, and safety. Then it’s time to hit the water!

During your 1.5-hour surf session, our experienced instructors provide hands-on coaching, guiding you through every step, from mastering your pop-up to learning wave selection. With personalised feedback, constant support, and attention to each surfer, everyone gains confidence and progress at their own pace.

After your lesson, enjoy some free time on the beach, practice your new skills, relax, or explore the stunning surroundings. Then we hop back in the surf cars for the scenic drive to Sayulita, leaving you with new surfing skills, amazing memories, and a day full of adventure.
