What you can expect

Embark on a 3-day adventure from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni. Travel in a 4x4 vehicle with a private English-speaking guide and see the Lincancabur Volcano, Laguna Verde, Laguna Blanca, and the Salvador Dali Desert.

Day 1: San Pedro - Hito Cajon - Huayllajara
Start your adventure with a pick-up from your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. After completing the migration process at the Chile-Bolivia border, depart from Hito Cajon, the Bolivian border point, at 09:30 am (Bolivian time) in a 4x4 vehicle with a private English-speaking guide.

Pass by the Lincancabur Volcano Viewpoint, Laguna Verde, and Laguna Blanca. See the Salvador Dali Desert, Polques Hot Springs, Sol de Mañana Geysers, and Laguna Roja with flamingos. Spend the night in a basic hostel in Huayllajara.

Day 2: Huayllajara - Agencha
Start your day with breakfast at 7:00 am and visit the Árbol de Piedra, Desierto de Siloli, Laguna Cañapa, Laguna Hedionda, and Laguna Chiarcota. In the Lagunas, observe flamingos in their natural habitat.

Continue along the rocky road to visit the Mirador del Volcán de Ollague and Valle de las Rocas. Spend the night in a basic hostel in Agencha.

Day 3: Agencha - Uyuni City
Start your day with breakfast and visit the Salar de Uyuni, Incahuasi Island, a hotel made entirely out of salt, Banderas del Mundo, and the Dakar Monument.

Continue visiting the small settlement of Colchani, where you can find crafts made out of salt and textile art made out of llama and alpaca wool. Finally, arrive in Uyuni City around 18:00 - 18:30.
