What you can expect

  • Begin your private day trip with hotel pickup in Salzburg. Settle into a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle reserved exclusively for your group and enjoy the scenery as you travel into the Bavarian Alps.

At Königssee, discover emerald waters framed by steep mountain slopes. Take time to enjoy the lakeside setting, capture photos and explore independently, with suggestions from your driver to help you make the most of your visit.

Continue to Berchtesgaden for a relaxed lunch break. Choose a local restaurant, sample Bavarian dishes or find a café for something lighter. This stop is dedicated to your lunch break rather than a guided town visit. Meals and drinks are purchased separately.

Enjoy the freedom of a private experience, with time to appreciate the surroundings without sharing your vehicle with other travellers. Speak with your driver about adjusting stops within the planned route and booked duration. Your driver provides practical information and local tips; guided walking tours are not included.

Finish your day with a comfortable return journey and hotel drop-off in Salzburg.
