Begin your tour with pickup from your Puno hotel or Puno bus station, and head to the pier or main port.
Start the departure at 07:30 am and travel to the floating islands of the Uros, currently considered the National Reserve of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world.
Meet the inhabitants of the Uros, who still maintain their own culture and tradition, as well as artisanal fishing, especially carachi and silverside. Visit some of the 75 islands that are inhabited today.
Sail by boat for 2 and a half hours, to the natural island of Taquile, during the navigation you will be able to observe the mountain chain. Learn more about the people of Taquile and their famous textiles.
Enjoy approximately 2 hours for the visit, a delicious 1-hour typical lunch in front of the lake, before returning to the bus station or your accommodation.
