From Phi Phi Don, it's only 20 minutes to the dive sites by boat and you can choose either morning or afternoon diving.
You will dive in a small group with 2:1 instructor ratio with our expert PADI Instructor team with you every step of the way providing a safe, fun and unforgettable journey beneath the surface.
There is some necessary admin not handled on this platform, so to ensure a smooth booking process, we ask all divers to reach out directly to Blue View Divers a few days before arriving to Phi Phi to get access to your PADI Discover Scuba programme.
Arrive one day before the dive to check in at our beautiful dive centre overlooking Loh Dalum Bay. Or you can check in remotely and complete necessary admin and medical pre-checks over messages.
PADI Discover Scuba eLearning is provided a few days before your dive, so you can learn basic dive theory and get excited about the new skills you will learn in the programme.
We meet you 30 minutes before we depart from the shore near Phi Phi Pier. After paying National Park fee, we will run through the dive specifics and skills you will practice in your dive briefing, surrounded by the stunning landscape. After a short trip to the dive sites you will kit up before rolling into warm tropical waters of Bida Islands or Phi Phi Leh.
We start off practising breathing, swimming and then some basic skills just beneath the surface on a safety line. When ready, descend onto the shallow reef below to a max depth of 12 metres. We hope to encounter hawksbill turtles, harmless blacktip reef sharks, nemo, huge schools of snappers, vibrant corals and 1000s of tropical fish!
After your first dive, enjoy a delicious Thai Lunch on board with fresh fruit and water before getting ready for your second dive at the next dive site!
Jump back in for another dive at a different site around Phi Phi Leh Island and explore once again, discovering new species and rock formations.
When you finish your dive, relax and unwind as we travel back to shore.
Morning trips return in time for onward travel to Phuket or Krabi, and our afternoon trips return in time for sundowners.
We choose the dive sites according to weather, sightings and time of year.

If you are particularly nervous, a non - swimmer or not sure if you are ready for the ocean just yet, ask about our optional beach training option prior to going out to the dive sites.
