Meet your guide in Osaka or Kyoto and head out for a full-day adventure.
First, visit the iconic Kiyomizu Temple (ticket at own expense), famous for its stunning panoramic views of nature in every season. Stroll along the historic, atmospheric streets of Ni-nen-zaka and Ishibe-koji, and walk down Hanami-koji in the famous Gion district. Interested guests can choose to rent a traditional kimono (at own expense) to capture beautiful memories near Yasaka Shrine.
At lunchtime, enjoy free time to explore and taste the authentic flavours of Kyoto at your own pace (meals not included).
Next, head to Fushimi Inari-taisha, where endless red torii gates form a spectacular tunnel for tourists to stroll through. Send a blessing for luck and check out the shrine's unique fox-shaped wooden plaques (Ema), which visitors love to decorate with creative graffiti.
At about 3:30 PM, continue to Nara Park. Admire the beautiful seasonal scenery and get up close with the park's famous, gentle deer—you can even buy crackers to feed them! You will also have the option to visit the majestic Todaiji Temple (ticket at own expense) to learn about the profound local history and culture.
