As part of your experience, savour a delectable Japanese-style teppanyaki set lunch at the renowned Koshiyama restaurant in Shirakawa-go. Indulge in the local speciality, 'Hidagyuu' beef, or opt for the Oden lunch, both offerings showcasing the authentic flavours of the region.
