Sintra and Pena Park
Begin the day in Sintra with a visit to Pena Park. Walk through the botanical gardens and explore the exterior terraces and colourful facades of the Pena Palace. This itinerary focuses on the palace's external architecture and surrounding parklands, avoiding the interior room queues.

Cabo da Roca Coastal Views
Drive to the Atlantic coastline to visit Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe. Observe the Atlantic Ocean from the cliffs and take photos of the rugged coastal landscape.

The Atlantic Riviera and Hell’s Mouth
Continue along the coast past the surfing area of Guincho Beach. Stop at “Boca do Inferno” (Hell’s Mouth), a natural limestone sea cave formed by the action of the ocean waves against the cliffs.
