Stop at a traditional coffee shop to rest before visiting the Temple of Episcopi, an ancient Roman burial monument which has been converted into an Orthodox Christian Church dedicated to Virgin Mary. Appreciate your surroundings as you take the one hour hiking trail to the temple, which is surrounded by a complex of a byzantine chapels, ancient ruins, wall stones and fragments of marble sculptures.

Lastly, learn about the wine-making process at Manali’s Winery organic vineyard. Enjoy a wine tasting while overlooking the sea on the atmospheric terrace of the winery.
