Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (Lunch )

Begin your journey with a convenient pick-up from 243 De Tham Street or your hotel in central District 1. Travel to My Tho by air-conditioned tourist bus, enjoying scenic countryside views and lush green rice paddies along the way. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest and most iconic Buddhist temple in the Mekong Delta.

Continue with a boat cruise on the Mekong River, passing floating houses and fish cages that reflect daily river life. Transfer to a small hand-rowing boat and glide through peaceful canals shaded by coconut trees, offering an authentic glimpse of local village life.

Disembark on a coconut island in Ben Tre to visit a traditional coconut sweets workshop, learn about the handmade production process, and enjoy freshly made samples. Continue to Unicorn Island by motor cart to enjoy traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music (Đờn ca tài tử) while tasting seasonal tropical fruits. Visit a bee-keeping farm, enjoy natural honey tea, and explore a typical Mekong Delta house. Take part in a Vietnamese cooking class, where you will learn to prepare a local dish with guidance from local hosts.

Enjoy a Vietnamese lunch in a garden setting. After lunch, relax, stroll around the village, or enjoy a short bicycle ride through quiet countryside paths. In the afternoon, cross the river by ferry and continue to Can Tho, the heart of the Mekong Delta.

Dinner at a local restaurant ( by your own ), followed by free time to explore Can Tho City. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast, Lunch)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then depart by boat to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the most famous and traditional floating markets in the Mekong Delta. Experience the lively atmosphere as local traders sell fruits and local products directly from their boats.

Visit a traditional rice noodle-making workshop, enjoy a boat ride with fresh pineapple tasting, and explore a local market in the city centre. Continue to Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery, a peaceful Buddhist complex featuring traditional Vietnamese architecture.

Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by free time to explore the tourist village.
