Day 1: Zanzibar – Dar es Salaam – Mikumi National Park

Your adventure begins with a morning ferry from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, our professional guide will warmly welcome you at the ferry terminal. From there, you will travel in a comfortable luxury vehicle through the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania on your way to Mikumi National Park.

After arriving in Mikumi, check in at your lodge and enjoy some time to relax. Later, visit a local Maasai village where you will learn about traditional Maasai culture, customs, and daily life. After the cultural experience, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park. The park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, hippos, and many bird species.

Enjoy spectacular wildlife viewing across the open plains, often compared to the famous Serengeti. Your guide will help you spot animals and share fascinating information about the park’s ecosystem. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park before continuing the safari adventure in the afternoon.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 3: Mikumi – Dar es Salaam /Zanzibar

After breakfast, check out from your lodge and begin the journey back to Dar es Salaam/zanzibar in a luxury vehicle. Upon arrival, board the ferry back to Zanzibar, or remaining in dar es salaam bringing your memorable Mikumi safari experience to an end.
