Those joining the cooking class will learn the secrets behind traditional local recipes, including how to prepare handmade orecchiette pasta using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guided by expert local chefs in a warm and welcoming setting, you’ll discover the stories, techniques, and cultural richness of Apulian cuisine. After the class, participants will enjoy the dishes they have prepared together.

Alternatively, the street food tour offers a flavourful journey through local specialities, allowing you to taste some of the most beloved Apulian delicacies while exploring the picturesque old town and learning about the region’s culinary heritage.
