What you can expect

  • In collaboration with Stéphanie Hagué, a certified sophrologist, we offer a sophrology walk lasting approximately 3.5 hours with 3 sophrology breaks.

    • Breathe and feel the energy of the trees.

    • Regain focus and ground yourself.

    • Take care of your mental and physical health.
      We will end the morning with a glass of fresh, artisanal apple juice.
      Guided and narrated tour of the forest, led by me, with relaxation on the agenda!!
      So come and try this wonderful experience!

    • Activity accessible to visually impaired and blind people.

    • This activity is accessible to guide dogs for the blind.

    • Suitable for people who already have hiking experience or who have no contraindications to prolonged physical exertion.

    • Option to pick you up at Avon-Fontainebleau train station on line R, for up to 4 people.
