What you can expect

  • Starting from Piazza della Signoria, we’ll walk through Florence’s most symbolic locations – including Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Pitti – and optionally climb to a panoramic viewpoint such as the Rose Garden, Piazzale Michelangelo or San Miniato al Monte.

Along the way, you will experience:

    • Moments of mindful breathing and reflection
    • Inspiring coaching questions and emotional insights
    • Personal stories and life metaphors connected to each place
    • Time for silence, presence, and inner awareness

No prior experience needed – just bring comfortable shoes and an open heart.

    Highlights May Include:

    • Piazza della Signoria – The energy of transformation
    • Ponte Vecchio – Bridges we need to cross
    • Piazza Pitti – Our inner castle
    • Panoramic view over Florence – Vision, gratitude, and closure

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a historical guided tour. We do not provide art or history explanations. The experience focuses on typical Florentine food and emotional connection with the places. We do not provide guided tours of city museums under any circumstances and, under no circumstances, explanations of historical monuments.
