Immerse yourself in the authentic life of a Tuscan organic farm with a tour that combines nature, regenerative agriculture, and genuine flavours. Begin your visit with a walk around the estate: pass through olive groves, seasonal vegetable gardens, and orchards designed according to keyline principles, until you reach a lake surrounded by woods.

Meet free-range chickens raised on rational pasture and discover animals rescued from intensive farming, now free in a safe and respectful environment. The visit continues in the farm's modern oil mill, where you can learn about all the stages of extra virgin olive oil production.

The tour ends with a guided tasting of our EVO oil, served with Tuscan bread and fresh produce from the garden. A genuine experience, immersed in the beauty and scents of the Tuscan countryside, ideal for those who want to learn the secrets of oil and experience nature up close.
