Experience a day (or an afternoon) of nature and flavours with a cooking class on a real farm in Vico Equense. In a green, panoramic location immersed in the countryside, you will discover the local ingredients and transform them into a complete menu, guided step by step.
The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and takes place in three stages. It begins with the welcome and a tour of the farm: you will explore the vegetable garden and the cultivated species, with a focus on the lemon grove and the traditional “pergolato sorrentino”. You will also visit the workshop where preserves in oil and liqueurs are produced and processed, and you will be able to see the shop with fresh and processed products.
Then it's time to get to the stove for the cooking class. You will prepare bruschetta with Sorrento tomatoes, take part in a limoncello workshop, and knead fresh pasta to make scialatiello with Nerano sauce (courgette and Provolone del Monaco PDO). You will also learn how to prepare and fry courgette flowers stuffed with fresh Vico Equense ricotta cheese, and you will finish with the Caprese cake, a sweet symbol of Campania tradition.
The activities end with lunch or dinner featuring the dishes you have cooked, accompanied by water, house wine (white and red), and a glass of prosecco. To round it all off, a moment of relaxation with a limoncello spritz by the pool.
The service includes pick-up from Vico Equense station: the supplier will contact you the day before to confirm the details of the meeting point.
