- If the Travellers are located in hotels passing Playa del Carmen zone to Tulum and wants to visit Playa Del Carmen the way back to Tulum would be on their own.
- The pickup time is set according to your location, pickups start at 07:00 am, the travellers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
