- Pick-up and Drop-off Information: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are offered for accommodation within Hanoi's Old Quarter. Please provide your pick-up location details upon booking. If you're staying outside this area, contact us for alternative arrangements.
- Physical Fitness Requirements: A moderate level of physical fitness is required due to the motorbike and boat segments of the tour. Please consider your personal health and mobility when booking.
- Dietary Accommodation: We strive to cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions. Please inform us of any dietary needs or allergies at the time of booking.
- Children Policy: Children under 4 years old join free, those aged 5-10 are eligible for a discount, and those 11 years and older are considered adults. Accurate ages must be provided at booking for appropriate accommodation.
- Weather Conditions: Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare case of extreme weather conditions leading to cancellations, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
- Cancellation Policy: Understand our cancellation policy for refunds. More than 7 days before departure incurs no charge, 2/6 days before incurs a 50 fee, and less than 48 hours incurs a 100 fee.
- Travel Insurance: It's highly recommended to have travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings for the duration of your trip to Vietnam
- Cultural Sensitivity: When visiting temples and local homes, respectful attire and behaviour are required. This includes covering shoulders and knees and removing shoes where necessary
