Activity itinerary

Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine

  • 1h 15m
One of Kyushu’s most important spiritual sites. Dedicated to the deity of learning, the shrine features elegant arched bridges over a tranquil pond and a historic main hall surrounded by nature. Stroll along Omotesando Street and enjoy free time to sample the famous Umegae Mochi, freshly grilled and loved by both locals and visitors.

Yanagawa Cruise Boarding Area

  • 30m
  • Admission ticket included
Canal town of Yanagawa, often called the “Venice of Kyushu.” Board a traditional Donko boat and glide through peaceful waterways lined with willow trees. Drift along the willow-lined canals while listening to the boatman’s gentle song echoing off the water. The gentle rhythm of the cruise offers a relaxing contrast to the morning’s shrine visit.

Pu-san's Strawberry Farm

  • 1h
  • Admission ticket not included
[● Course A] Sweet lovers can dive into a happiness-filled Strawberry Picking experience, enjoying all-you-can-eat fresh, juicy Japanese strawberries. Alternatively, opt for a restful break at the Brewery Cafe, situated just a 4-minute walk from the strawberry farm. Here, you can sample a flight of various beers or enjoy a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and desserts. It is the perfect sanctuary to sit back, unwind, and recharge while enjoying a peaceful afternoon. (At Own Expenses)

Tea museum

  • 1h
  • Admission ticket not included
[● Course B] Located in the scenic mountain village of Hoshinomura in Yame, the Tea Culture Museum. Instead of simply drinking it, guests savour the rich, broth-like umami flavour drop by drop, and then uniquely eat the remaining tea leaves with a savoury ponzu dressing. With opportunities to grind your own matcha using a traditional stone mill and indulge in tea-infused cuisine and sweets, it is the perfect destination for a mindful, relaxing cultural escape away from the bustling city.

Ukiha Inari Shrine

  • 40m
[● Course B] Reminiscent of Kyoto's Fushimi Inari, the vibrant red gates create a stunning contrast against the lush greenery and the blue sky. As you ascend the path, you are rewarded with a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the expansive Chikugo Plain and the charming town below.

Sakurai Futamigaura

  • 1h 10m
[• Course C] Standing gracefully against the pristine ocean, the striking white Torii gate and the sacred Couple Rock joined by a traditional rope offer one of Itoshima’s most profoundly poetic and peaceful views. Snap some stunning photos of this iconic scenery, then treat yourself to a relaxing time at a nearby oceanfront cafe. Also, be sure to snap a gorgeous photo at the Angel's photo spot located right next to it.

Palm Tree Swing

  • 30m
[• Course C] With the beautiful sea as your background, you'll find plenty of photo spots here—like the famous palm tree swing. Come snap some unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime shots!
