“Ginza Kicho” is a hideout for adults that serves yakitori using rare parts of Miyazaki Jitokko chicken produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. Jitokko chickens are carefully selected daily from contract farmers, and the most delicious parts are selected based on the characteristics of their male and female parts. Customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients along with a wide variety of drinks, including authentic wines and Japanese wines.
