This time, we're going to visit one of the wonders of our fields, a jewel of nature: the lavender in bloom in the fields of Brihuega (Guadalajara), with more than a thousand hectares of crops, a true visual show.
We'll take a walk through the village to see the old town of Brihuega, declared a Historic-Artistic Monumental Complex in 1973, and see its 11th-12th century wall. We'll then head to the lavender fields to enjoy them at sunset, when the views are most spectacular and the heat also drops.
We'll also enjoy the festive atmosphere of the town, as parties and concerts are held there around this time.
