Your journey begins with an hour-long guided tour through the vineyards and wine cellar. Paolo—farmer, winemaker, and passionate communicator—will guide you step by step into the fascinating world of viticulture and wine production, offering practical insights in a simple, engaging, and memorable way.

Then comes the heart of the experience: the tasting. Set in our cosy tasting room, you’ll join a convivial table where learning continues through the senses. You’ll taste five of our finest wines, each introduced with a short lesson on tasting techniques, aromas, structure, and ideal food pairings.
