Each pairing is thoughtfully composed, featuring beers from small artisanal breweries and cheeses supplied by Van Tricht and served in Michelin-starred restaurants. Accompanied by artisanal bread sourced from a local bakery, every course forms part of a cohesive degustation where beer and cheese are meant to be experienced together, elevating each element through expert pairing.
