Aboard a tractor, you will explore the olive groves accompanied by our expert staff, who will tell you about the history and cultivation techniques. You will taste two fine oils, accompanied by traditional Pane Cunzatu, green and black olives.
You will taste a selection of artisanal pâtés with seasoned green olives, baked black olives and sun-dried tomatoes, all accompanied by mineral water and a glass of Sicilian wine with your choice of Nero D'Avola or Grillo.
