Continue your visit inside the estate with the exploration of the ancient palmento, the traditional lava stone press symbol of Etna's oenological history and ancient winemaking techniques. End your tour with a guided tasting of Etna DOC wines and those from the Belice Valley, on the other side of Sicily, as part of a single experience.

THE ESTATE
The vineyards stretch across the north-eastern slopes of Mount Etna, set amidst a landscape of great charm that has always been suited to wine production. Since 2018, we have been collaborating with Tenute Orestiadi, in the province of Trapani, enabling us to offer both Etna DOC wines and those from the Belice Valley, on the other side of Sicily, as part of a single experience.
This tasting itinerary offers guests the opportunity to discover and compare the unique characteristics of the different terroirs, grape varieties and microclimates.
