The Fearless Fuldaer is a notorious criminal in the city. He seems friendly and loves to philosophise or debate with you, but while you're distracted, he steals from you and tricks you. Many people in the city have already fallen victim to him. The police haven't been able to find him yet, but he must be somewhere in the city. There is a trail to follow, though, and several witnesses have seen him. It's up to you to track him down. Good luck!
