Day 2: Sunrise Adventure, Cultural and City Tours
Opt for a sunrise hike or trail run around Entoto trails to catch stunning city and countryside vistas. Enjoy a light breakfast at Kuriftu Entoto Lodge.
Visit Entoto St. Mary’s Church and its museum, enjoying views of Addis Ababa and the surrounding hills. Explore Entoto Raguel Church and caves, observing painted interiors and ancient crosses, while enjoying hilltop scenery.
Stop at Kechen Pottery Village to watch traditional pottery-making and take photos with countryside backdrops. Visit Menelik II Palace, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the city and countryside.
Continue to the heart of Addis Ababa for a city tour combining historical landmarks, cultural sites, and scenic viewpoints. Enjoy photo stops with views of both the city and surrounding hills to capture the contrast between urban and rural landscapes.
Have lunch at a local restaurant or the lodge. Conclude the customisable/ flexible tour and return to your accommodation in Addis Ababa or to Bole international airport by late afternoon.
