Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco. Head to the Sacred Valley, stopping in the community of Pachar for breakfast, just a few kilometres from Ollantaytambo.

Continue to Ollantaytambo, where you’ll start your hike. Follow the trail through ancient Inca quarries, once used to build the town’s monumental structures. Along the way, see pre-Inca chullpas (funerary towers) and enjoy panoramic views of the valley.

After about 3 hours of ascent, reach Inti Punku, located at 3,900 metres above sea level. From this sacred portal, take in a privileged view of the snow-capped Veronica Mountain and the surrounding Andes. Rest, take photos, and enjoy your box lunch surrounded by nature.

On the way back, descend to Pachar, where you can relax and celebrate the hike with a craft beer tasting at one of the region’s best breweries. Finally, return to Cusco in private transport, arriving in the afternoon.
