We depart from your hotel in the city of El Calafate to the Perito Moreno Glacier. During the 80-km journey, we make various stops at vantage points to take in views of the Glacier, Lake Argentino, the Patagonian Steppe, the local flora and fauna, and the Patagonian Andean Forest. Your tour guide will provide you with all the information about the surroundings, history, and mysticism of this unique glacier!

Upon arrival at the National Park, we will visit the first balcony of the walkway area with the tour guide, who will explain the different trails, their times, and their difficulty levels, so that you can explore freely. The walkways have a total length of 3 km and feature balconies at different levels and angles connected by trails and stairways, allowing you to view the Perito Moreno Glacier from different perspectives.

As an additional option, you can book a 1-hour boat trip in front of the southern wall of the glacier. This complements your experience, as you'll not only see the glacier from the height of the walkways, but also from lake level.

After approximately 4 hours, at the time agreed with the tour guide, you must return to the meeting point to begin the return trip to your hotel in El Calafate.
