Your experience begins in the legendary Place du Trocadéro and continues to the Eiffel Tower, passing by the beautiful quays of the Seine (for the 2-hour package).

Each session is fully adapted to your level and profile, whether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser, with a programme tailored to your preferences: cardio, muscle strengthening, or a mix of both.

Throughout the route, your coach will immortalise your experience with photos and videos, captured in the most beautiful spots in Paris — including some more hidden places, far from the usual tourist clichés.

To help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, you will be provided with a small inspirational guide with natural poses.
Whether you are alone or as a couple, you will leave with wonderful souvenirs of your session.

The route is defined according to the duration selected:
1 hour: Place du Trocadero (iconic view of the Eiffel Tower)
1.5 hours: Trocadéro, banks of the Seine
2 hours: Trocadéro, Quais de Seine, Eiffel Tower (comprehensive tour of the most beautiful angles around the monument)
