Nature offers us many wild plants that can be used in the kitchen to compose delicious salads or even more elaborate dishes, just let’s to learn to know and collect them without damaging the lawns.
These lessons will teach you how to easily distinguish at least 25 species of spontaneous flora in the first level, and many more during the subsequent outings, during which you can collect and immediately bring them to the kitchen to taste them.
Particular attention is given to the possible confusion with the (few) poisonous species of our flora.
COSTS
teacher: up to 6 persons 180 Euro / day, after this 20 Euro / person;
meal: about 25 euros drinks included, or packed lunch.
PLAN
Arrival in Aosta with your own transport (timetables and train tickets here, and buses here and here);
in front of the train station you take the bus that takes you to the chosen destination;
the excursion lasts about 4 hours - light hiking clothing is required, with waterproof shoes;
lunch in a partner restaurant, based on typical dishes and products from the Aosta Valley;
in the evening return to Aosta.
