1. Temaki Sushi Course
   Make sushi rice, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), and teriyaki chicken, then roll your own sushi with fresh fish, vegetables, or tofu.
   Vegetarian options available.

2. Japanese Hamburger Steak Course
   Prepare a full set meal with juicy hambāgu (Japanese-style hamburger steak), potato salad, and miso soup.
   No vegetarian option available.

Lessons are taught entirely in English, so international travellers can join with confidence. No cooking experience is required. We’ll guide you through each step.

After cooking, we’ll enjoy the meal together and happily share local tips or help you plan your Tokyo trip.
