What you can expect

  • If you're looking for the most authentic and unspoiled Umbria, this is the perfect tour.
We will leave the centre of Assisi to ascend the slopes of Mount Subasio, where nature reigns supreme.
Thanks to our high-performance E-Bikes, we will reach villages that seem frozen in time: Armenzano, with its concentric-circle layout, and the tiny village of San Giovanni.

We will then cycle along scenic roads that offer incredible views of the Topino Valley and the peaks of the Apennines.
We will then reach Collepino, a perfectly preserved medieval castle… before indulging our palates!

This will be followed by a culinary stop where you will taste the typical crescia bread cooked under the ashes, accompanied by the best local cold cuts and cheeses.
A tour that rejuvenates the spirit and the body, combining the challenge of the mountains with the pleasure of the table.
