Premium Packaging

To ensure it reaches home safely, your keepsake is placed in a protective glassine sleeve and tucked into our signature green velvet envelope.
Important Policy
As this is a personalised product created instantly at your request, it is exempt from standard return and refund policies under German law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Once the photo is taken and printed, the sale is final.
Development & Assembly: To ensure the highest image quality, the print must remain in its protective sleeve for at least 10 minutes to develop fully. You will receive all materials to assemble the print into the magnetic frame yourself after this time. We provide clear instructions, but please note we cannot offer refunds for damage caused by premature assembly or improper handling.
