We’ll start the day with a scenic train ride from Régua to Pocinho, admiring the stunning landscapes along the Douro River. Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional Portuguese lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, enjoy an exclusive private tour of Quinta do Vale Meão, a family-owned winery renowned for creating the famous dry red wine Barca Velha in 1952.
Discover the winery’s rich history and winemaking process, followed by a tasting of their finest wines. After the visit, we’ll return by train to Régua, completing a memorable day immersed in Douro’s culture and beauty.
