Your guide will take you to the fish market in Houmt Souk, where you’ll be introduced to the rare method of fish sales known as "à la criée" (auction-style). Visit the market, and your guide will choose the freshest fish of the day for you. Then, in the nearby restaurant, the owner will grill it for you and serve it at your table, along with a nice Tunisian salad .
