Enjoy an authentic experience on the slopes of Mount Etna with a guided visit to our family-run olive oil mill, in the heart of the Sicilian olive oil tradition. In a welcoming and professional environment, you will get an up-close look at all the steps that transform olives into high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

You will be accompanied by industry experts who will explain the entire production process to you: from the selection and receipt of the olives, to the pressing, to the cold extraction and bottling. During the milling months (October–December), you will be able to see the machines in operation and observe the most fascinating stages of processing first-hand.

At the end of the visit, you will take part in a guided tasting of extra-virgin olive oils, during which you will learn to recognise the sensory characteristics of the oil: aromas, taste, intensity, and aftertaste. An educational experience designed for enthusiasts and the curious who want to truly understand the quality behind every drop of oil.
