    OPTION 1: ROMANIAN WINE DISCOVERY

Perfect for wine enthusiasts and curious travellers looking to explore Romania's wine heritage.

Enjoy a guided tasting of 5 hand-picked Romanian wines from different wine regions, featuring distinctive local grape varieties such as Tămâioasă Românească.

Your tasting is accompanied by a gourmet platter featuring a selection of meats, cheeses, and complementary flavours chosen to enhance the wines.

Throughout the experience, your knowledgeable host will share stories about Romanian winemaking, regional characteristics, and the traditions behind each glass.

OPTION 2: ROMANIAN WINE & GASTRONOMY JOURNEY

For those who want to explore Romania not only through its wines, but also through its cuisine.

Indulge in a 5-course culinary journey prepared by the chefs at Via Enescu, featuring 8 carefully selected Romanian wines and a local craft beer.

Begin with homemade artisan bread, duck parfait, hummus, and roasted aubergine cream. Continue with roasted corn soup enriched with traditional Romanian cheese, followed by trout with Mediterranean-inspired flavours and tender venison goulash.

Finish with blue cheese, dried figs, and a rich Romanian dessert wine.

Each course is accompanied by selected drinks, creating a guided food and wine pairing experience that celebrates Romania's diverse wine regions and culinary influences.

    TWO EXPERIENCES, ONE ROMANIAN STORY

Whether you choose the classic wine-focused tasting or the extended gastronomic journey, you'll discover the character of Romanian wines, the stories behind local grape varieties, and the warm hospitality of Brasov.

Both experiences take place at Via Enescu, in the heart of the city's charming historic centre.
