    During the tasting of the four different Italian gins, a brief introduction to the topic of gin and the description of the producer and the product is given. Initially we taste it in pure gin and then together with a tonic. All accompanied by mini portions of cured meats, cheeses and local vegetables.

    Each custom-made gin and tonic is paired with carefully selected bite-sized snacks designed to enhance the flavours and elevate your tasting journey.
    This interactive and immersive experience is perfect for gin lovers eager to explore Italy’s finest craft gins and experiment with creative pairings in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
    Enoteca Tibi is located just 10 metres from the main bus stop in Cavalcaselle, making it easy to reach even without a car.
