BHIMBETKA CAVES & BHIMBETKA ROCK SHELTER observe the prehistoric rock paintings depicting animals, hunting scenes, and early human life. Walk through the beautiful sandstone formations and take in the natural landscape surrounding the shelters. Learn about Bhimbetka's connection to the Mahabharata and other mythological references. Explore the main shelters (especially Shelter No. 1 and No. 3) with prominent paintings and engravings.
