Explore three exhibition rooms showcasing the storey of the Condurro family through historic photographs, family memorabilia, and illustrations of traditional Neapolitan trades. Discover fascinating images of the ancient Roman ovens beneath the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore, highlighting Naples' centuries-old baking tradition.
Continue through an impressive collection of vintage memorabilia, including original Coca-Cola bottles from the 1950s, historic Peroni signs, tomato tins, flour sacks, and other authentic artefacts that tell the storey of the pizzeria.
The final room displays original pizza-making tools from the post-war period, including wooden dough troughs, manual mixers, pizza peels, sieves, tomato presses, skimmers, and oil cruets, offering a glimpse into the work of traditional Neapolitan pizzaioli.
After the museum visit, put on your apron and gloves and join one of Da Michele's master pizza makers for a hands-on workshop.
