DESCRIPTION:

Discover the history of the ancient capital of the Inca Empire on this spiritual guided sightseeing tour of Cusco. Visit the entire cathedral complex: The complex includes three temples: the Cathedral (in the centre), the Church of the Triumph (to one side, 1539), and the Church of the Sagrada Familia. Then visit the Temple of the Sun, Qorikancha, and explore some of the most important archaeological sites around the city.
During the tour, you'll see impressive Inca constructions, ceremonial centers, and sacred places that showcase the grandeur of this civilisation. The sightseeing tour combines history, culture, and spectacular scenery around Cusco.

ITINERARY:
This sightseeing tour starts with pick-up at the meeting point, which is Cusco's Main Square, and you have 2 times to choose from:
First Session: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Second Session: 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm

The tour begins in the historic centre of Cusco with a visit to the cathedral, where you will have a spiritual ritual, and to the Qorikancha Sun Temple, one of the most important temples of the Inca Empire.

Then you'll continue to the outskirts of the city to explore the famous nearby archaeological sites:

. Sacsayhuamán, an impressive fortress with huge stone walls.
. Qenqo, a former ceremonial centre used for Inca rituals.
. Puka Pukara, an ancient strategic military fortress.
. Tambomachay, known for its water fountains and ceremonial significance.

At the end of the tour, return to central Cusco.
